Charged for a subscription even though I had opted out of automatic renewal

So... this is ridiculous. I started my free trial on the May 2nd. Chose not to have it renewed automatically. Lo and behold I got charged today May 9th. Are those unethical practices par for the course around here?

    Thanks for posting to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this issue with your Simplifi Subscription.

    Using the email address that's associated with your Community Profile, it looks like your Simplifi Subscription has already been canceled and the charge has already been refunded.
