KNOWN ISSUE: Citibank and Citi Cards returns a 192 error

We are seeing a rise in 192 errors being reported when attempting to add or update accounts with Citibank and Citi Cards in Simplifi. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

If you're receiving a 192 error with Citibank or Citi Cards, we suggest disabling MFA with Citi directly before attempting to connect in Simplifi.

    In the meantime, you can try disabling MFA with Citi directly before connecting in Simplifi to see if doing so clears up the 192 error.
