Invalid Credentials when signing into Simplifi (edited)

I just signed up for a 30 day trial. Although i know i have my username and password correct, i keep getting an error message "Invalid Credentials" when i try and sign in for the first time. I have already reset my password. Any help appreciated!

Thank you for reporting this to the Community, although I apologize that you're experiencing difficulties signing into Simplifi.
It looks like you're receiving a specific security error from our end that's preventing you from signing into Simplifi that could be caused by using a VPN or something along those lines. For this particular error, you'll want to follow the steps listed in this Support Article under the section titled "What if I'm still unable to sign in?".
