[ONGOING] 7/11/22: Freedom Mortgage returns a 103 error

We are seeing a rise in 103 errors being reported when attempting to add or update accounts with Freedom Mortgage in Simplifi. We are working with our Service Provider to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

If you are receiving a 103 error with Freedom Mortgage in Simplifi, and you are unable to resolve it by following the troubleshooting steps listed here for a 103 error, we suggest contacting Freedom Mortgage directly to help make them aware of the issue.

    Sadly, we've received some new reports of 103 errors with Freedom Mortgage in Simplifi. We are working with our Service Provider to resolve this matter as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

    Sadly, it appears that some users are still being affected by the 103 error with Freedom Mortgage. The error seems to be occurring intermittently. Our Service Provider has been attempting to contact Freedom Mortgage regarding the issue but has been unsuccessful. 

    If you are receiving a 103 error with Freedom Mortgage in Simplifi, and you are unable to resolve it by following the troubleshooting steps listed here for a 103 error, we suggest contacting Freedom Mortgage directly to help make them aware of the issue. 

    In the meantime, we will be leaving this Alert open, so please be sure to follow it for any updates. There is no ETA on a resolution at this time.
