Bitcoin price not updating in mobile app

I've had this issue for sometime and was hoping it would resolve itself. The Bitcoin-USD price doesn't update in my mobile app but it does on the web app. Any chance we can get a fix for this?

    Hello @Bob1,

    Thank you for taking the time to report this to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing an issue with crypto prices updating on the Simplifi Mobile App.

    Since you're just seeing the issue on the Mobile App, I'd suggest fully signing out and back in to see if doing so helps to clear things up. If the issue persists, you'll next want to try a full uninstall/reinstall, while performing a device reboot in between.
