Transaction Display - Option to change screen color/theme (edited)

First, want to say thank you for providing the comfortable, normal, compact views. Great feature. For my older eyes, the colors are way too light and difficult to see on a desktop, especially the transaction gray check, which tend to blend. Perhaps something like MapBox or other mapping vendors provide with different pre-built color schemes. In addition, and option to show gridlines would be nice. Of course, core features working at this point are more important.
