no functionality

I can log into the app but then the loading circle just spins and the app never loads

    Hello @alexx,

    Thank you for taking the time to post to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with Simplifi.

    To clarify, is the issue occurring on the Simplifi Mobile App or the Web App? If the former, I'd suggest performing a full uninstall/reinstall of the Mobile App, while performing a device reboot in between, to see if doing so helps to clear things up.
