Quicken downloading into wrong accounts (edited)

I operate 2 quicken files and both files have transactions downloading into the wrong accounts. The 1st level support gave me the same answer they always do - not our issue call the 3 banks that you are having problems with. I know this must be a quicken issue. has anybody else experienced this since the last update? I have windows 11 and been using quicken since 1989
