PenFed Connection Issues

I noticed PenFed's outages with Simplifi started happening about the time they started beta testing a new site (available on a preview basis by clicking on a link within the site).
Then, today, I discovered chase can pull in transactions from all of my external accounts,
which i set up, but of course discovered the one account that won't sync with chase right now is PenFed.
I reached out to PenFed by feedback on the beta site, and i was told someone would get back to me.
So my point here is: The connection issues with PenFed are not restricted to Simplifi.
