UPDATED 11/30/22: [ONGOING] 9/13/22: Closed accounts are still showing a balance on the Web App

We are currently seeing an issue with closed accounts still showing a balance on the Simplifi Web App. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.
