[ONGOING] 9/14/22: Issues with adding and updating USAA accounts

We are currently seeing some issues with adding and updating USAA accounts in Simplifi. The issues include various error codes, missing transactions, as well as accounts not showing as available to add when going through the Add Account flow. We are working to resolve these as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

    This Alert is still listed as ongoing and there is currently no ETA on a resolution. We are hoping that switching to USAA's API in a couple of months will resolve this matter, although we won't know for sure until that time. In the meantime, our Service Provider is actively working with USAA to restore full connectivity in Simplifi.
