Kinecta can't be added

I'm trying to add my Kinecta credit union account, keep failing.
Any ideas?

    Would you mind clarifying what specifically occurs when attempting to connect to Kinecta Federal Credit Union in Simplifi, please? Are you receiving a specific error message? Also, is this your first time attempting to connect to Kinecta FCU, or is the issue occurring on an existing account?

    When viewing your connection history from our end, I am seeing a 101 error. If this is what you're also seeing, a 101 error indicates that the bank is temporarily blocking connection traffic. These errors usually self-resolve within 48 hours, so we do want to allow a couple of days for the issue to clear up. More details on a 101 error can be found here
