[RESOLVED] 9/21/22: Unable to close manual accounts

We are currently seeing an issue with being unable to close a manual investment account in Simplifi. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

    It appears that this issue is impacting all manual accounts instead of just manual investment accounts.
