[ONGOING] 9/26/22: Amazon.com Store Card (Synchrony) returns 102 error code

We are seeing a rise in 102 errors being reported when attempting to add or update accounts with Amazon.com Store Card by Synchrony in Simplifi, this error is intermittent. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.
