Desktop Help Button Does Nothing

Using Safari on macOS help button goes nowhere.

    Options
    On Chrome on MacOS it opens a pop-up window (but does not otherwise go anywhere).  The pop up window is where the chat happens where you get help.  This may be another instance where you just shouldn't use safari for anything but downloading chrome.
