MyCigna FDP-163 Error

MyCigna used to work fine up until around March of 2022. Ever since, it's kicking back with various FDP errors, most recently FDP-163

    Hello @mellis87,

    Thank you for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to myCigna in Simplifi.

    When viewing your connectivity events, I'm not seeing anything for myCigna since the 13th, which is more than a week ago. Is this account currently connected in Simplifi? If so, what is the name of the account, as it appears in Simplifi? Also, would you mind attempting to connect/update the account once again so we can see a fresh attempt from our end?
