Government Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) Connection Issues

I am having issues with connecting to the TSP.gov to populate my dashboard under investments. TSP is the governments retirement plan (401K).  Is there a knnown issue or support for this?

    Thank you for reporting this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Thrift Savings Plan in Simplifi. 

    To clarify, is this your first time attempting to connect to Thrift Savings Plan in Simplifi, or is the issue occurring on an existing account(s)? It looks like you're receiving a 185 and a 187 error code, which indicates an issue with completing MFA. Are you prompted for MFA from Thrift Savings Plan in Simplifi? If so, are you able to receive the code and enter it into Simplifi?
