FDP-163 with Desjardins (desjardins.com) (edited)

Hi,
I have just started using Simplifi and I have linked almost all of my accounts, but it doesn't seem to work with Desjardins. It is on the list, but I always get the error code FDP-163.
Is it temporary or will it be fixed soon?

    Hello @famillebmd,

    Thank you for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Desjardins in Simplifi. 

    Although I'm not aware of any known issues with Desjardins, a 163 error indicates that there's an issue with the scripting. I'd be happy to get this escalated, however, I did want to check a couple of things first. 
    1. Have you ever been able to connect to Desjardins in Simplifi? If so, how long has the 163 error been occurring?
    2. Have you tried any of the other options listed for Desjardins in Simplifi to see if they might work for you, by chance?
