Connection to National Financial - myStreetscape is broken

I have been using the National Financial - myStreetscape connection for years in Simplifi.

It looks like that connection is no longer working, and I wonder if the issue is because myStreetscape has changed it's URLs for login.

The URL Simplifi seems to be using to login is: http://www.nationalfinancial.com/bro.shtml

But that is not a valid URL, so it looks like Simplifi's login URL for myStreetscape is simply out of date.

Can Simplifi please contact this financial institution to get an updated URL for login?

For what it's worth, this is the right URL:
https://www.mystreetscape.com/login/access/investor-index.html

    Hello @perrynmyers,

Thanks for reporting this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to National Financial - myStreetscape in Simplifi.

To clarify, the URL displayed in Simplifi is provided by the bank and is what they choose to have displayed, and is not always the URL used to actually connect on the backend. With that said, it looks like you're receiving a 106 error. Have you been prompted to reconnect the account(s) in Simplifi? If not, or if doing so was unsuccessful, please go ahead and manually reset the connection by following the steps listed here

Please let us know how it goes!

Thanks @Coach Natalie. I've already tried resetting the connection several times, and continue to get the following error, every time.

"This usually happens if an account nickname or number has changed at your bank. To fix you must reconnect your account.
    Care Code: FDP-106"

I have even tried adding a completely new account entirely, and have tried multiple options in Simplifi for myStreetscape.

    MyStreetScape - Investments
    https://www.mystreetscape.com/my/investonline

    National Financial - myStreetscape
    http://www.nationalfinancial.com/bro.shtml

And both of them give the FDP-106 error.

It is worth noting that I believe myStreetscape has moved to use 2FA recently (and made it mandatory for all users, it cannot be disabled), so perhaps your systems aren't capable of handling the 2FA auth for these accounts?

Also, it's worth noting that when I go to the URL above for MyStreetScape (https://www.mystreetscape.com/my/investonline) I get this from that company:

"myStreetscape is now rebranded as Wealthscape InvestorSM.

You must use the new Wealthscape InvestorSM login page at https://www.wealthscapeinvestor.com/investonline to access your accounts.

You will be redirected in 1 seconds"

And the above is the URL I now use to login to myStreetScape, after they rebranded the company.

    Hello @perrynmyers,

Thanks for attempting the steps and posting back with additional details!

Next, you'll want to make the accounts(s) fully manual by following the steps listed here, and then go through the Add Account flow to reconnect to National Financial - myStreetscape. Once (if) the account(s) are found, you'll want to carefully link it/them to the existing account(s) by following the steps listed here

If the 106 error persists, please provide the following information for an escalation:
    1. The name of the account(s) in question, as it/they appear in Simplifi.
    2. How long the 106 error has been occurring.
    3. Aside from adding 2FA and the rebranding, have there been any other changes on the bank's website?
    4. Do you currently have MFA/2FA enabled with the bank? If so, are you prompted to perform MFA in Simplifi?
    5. What type of account(s) are you attempting to connect in Simplifi?
    6. Has there been any activity in the account(s) in the last 90 days?
    7. What is the nickname for the account(s) as it/they appear on the bank's website?
    8. What is the exact URL you see after signing into the bank's website?

I converted this account over so that I access it through my Prudential Command account, so now I'm going to focus on trying to get Prudential to connect again.

I have an open support case for connecting to Prudential, and have been getting FDP-102 and now FDP-101 errors for two completely separate Prudential accounts (mine, and my wife's).

So I'll update here when/if I get more information on resolving the Prudential connection errors. If I can get those working, then there's no need to use Wealthscape Investor/myStreetscape at all.
