Nelnet Account Addition Gives FDP-105 (Throttling) for Past 7 Days

Trying to add student loan accounts managed by Nelnet results in a FDP-105 error code, indicating throttling. Is there a timeframe for this to be resolved?

Thank you for reporting this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to NelNet Student Loan in Simplifi.
It looks like the 105 errors with NelNet Student Loan is a known issue. There is currently no ETA to provide on a resolution, however, we have a Community Alert that can be followed for updates in the meantime.
