Thank you for posting your request to the Community, although we're sorry to see you go!
I see that you just signed up for a year of Simplifi and that your auto-renew has been disabled, meaning you can still use Simplifi for the year that you paid for. If you'd like to cancel your Subscription effective immediately instead, would you also like to request a refund?
When it comes to deleting your Simplifi account, are you referring to deleting your Simplifi dataset, which is all of the data that you input into the program, or are you looking to have your entire Quicken Account removed from our systems?
