Natalie, We had tried calling last week but got ticket # 10133281, from a Quicken person whom I was talking to. I had ordered Simplified on sale 2/17/23 for 25.62, BUT really needed Quicken Delux (over 75 yrs old!). Went ahead and ordered the Delux, and Dorothy had left a message to please REFUND to my Credit Card for the Simplified Version. (removed - privacy). Never got the call from that Ticket. Please review, and call if needed. Thanking you I am, Kay Williamson
Never downloaded the Simplified Version due to upgrading our computer.
