Unable to add account

I assume I cannot add a new account because of two factor authentication. E.g if I log into my bank, I am always prompted to add another number, which is texted or emailed to me. But Simplifi can't seem to handle this. Simplifi just says to check my user name and password are correct. So what is the solution here? I won't be able to use Simplifi if I can't add a new account.
