Don't make "New Category Rule" the default when entering in a transaction

I believe this is only on the web version, not the app. But when I enter a transaction it defaults to the "New Category Rule" prompt with the "Also set for existing transactions using other categories" checked. I know eventually i'm going to just hit okay without thinking and re-categorize all 100+ of my amazon purchases.
