Unable to connect to bofa, Citibank, chase credit cards for bill amount
I can't seem to connect to chase for my amazon credit card, Citibank for my Costco card, nor Bank of America for 2 credit cards and equity line of credit. They're not even listed in the billers, and haven't been for almost a year — is this something being worked on?

Hi @Perx these three banks went off line as far as Bill connect services are concerned in March of this year while Simplifi works on an improved way to connect. Here is the post that notified the community about this disconnect.

As far as I'm aware, Chase chose to discontinue their bill pay service, so I'm not sure that that one will ever become available again. As for Bank of America and Citi, we don't have any kind of update to provide on the improved connection at this time. I'd suggest continuing to try, and you're welcome to reach back out at any time to request an update as well. 🙂
