[RESOLVED] 9/18/23: The connection for Citibank and Citi Cards is down (FDP-102 error)

We are currently seeing an issue with connectivity for Citibank and Citi Cards; the connection appears to be completely down and is resulting in a 102 error. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible, however, there is currently no ETA on when a resolution can be expected.

The connection for Citibank and Citi Cards appears to be back up and running. However, please keep in mind that we do still have the ongoing issue of intermittent 102 errors:
