[ONGOING] 3/6/24: Coinbase returns a 103 error

We are currently seeing an issue with Coinbase returning a 103 error in Quicken Simplifi. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.

    UPDATED 4/4/24

    Per Coinbase: “Your newly created API key will be temporarily disabled. This is due to security reasons of Coinbase which requires a 48-hour wait period on API key activation on new devices”.

    With this, we are advising users to wait 48 hours after generating an API Key before connecting to Coinbase in Quicken Simplifi. If you are still unable to connect after waiting 48 hours, please be sure to let us know.

    This Alert is still listed as ongoing, and there is currently no ETA on a resolution. We still recommend waiting 48 hours after generating the API Key and Secret on Coinbase's website before connecting in Quicken Simplifi, and then letting us know if the issue persists after doing so.
