This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.

    UPDATED 4/23/24

If you're experiencing an issue with transactions not downloading in Quicken Simplifi and you're on the Finicity aggregator, please follow these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with the bank:

    1. Make all of the affected accounts manual by following the steps here. Once done, you will see the accounts listed in the 'Manual Accounts' section under Settings > Accounts.
    2. If the affected bank(s) is an OAuth API bank, such as American Express or Chase (the full list of OAuth API banks can be found here), navigate to the bank's website and remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps. If the bank is not on the list of OAuth API banks, proceed straight to the next step.
    3. In Quicken Simplifi, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank(s).
    4. Carefully link the accounts found to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts by following the steps here.

If the issue persists after doing so, please reach out to let us know so we can gather data from you and add additional examples to the ticket.

A fix is in the works for this issue! We don't have an ETA to provide on a resolution as of yet but will keep everyone updated with any news. We no longer need to escalate new examples of this.

Thank you all for your patience!
