For the iOs device having a different name for the app and the website password makes it a pain to search for the password all the time. You have quicken for the password site and Simplifi for the app.

    Hello @Waynebo,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with the Community!

Since Simplifi uses your Quicken ID and Password to sign in, it makes sense that a password site would store it under Quicken. Personally, I use Samsung Pass (I have a Samsung device), which saves my passwords, so I only need to use my fingerprint to sign into the Simplifi Mobile App.

You may consider checking your mobile device for a similar password manager. I'm not sure if the Simplifi Mobile App supports Face ID, however, some devices/password managers very well may. At any rate, you're welcome to create an Idea post here in the Community requesting Face ID for the Mobile App, as I'm not finding an existing one.

    I hope this helps!
