Can not connect Louisville Water Company Biller

I'm not able to connect the biller to Louisville Water Company. I have confirmed my login and password and have no problem logging into the site directly. 

If gives an error stating "We are working on connecting to ... We'll let you know if we need anything else."

Any ideas?

    Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to one of your Billers in Simplifi.

    Unfortunately, it looks like this particular Biller may be having some issues at this time, as it shows a status of 'Degraded'. At any rate, I did go ahead and get the issue that you're experiencing reported to our Service Provider to see if they have any additional insight or an ETA on a resolution.

    I'll let you know as soon as I see an update! :smile:

    Thank you for your patience as this was being worked on!

    It looks like this issue was fixed and you were now able to get connected to Louisville Water Company using Bill Connect. Please let me know if this is not the case!
