App and Website not accessible to screen readers for the blind

Neither the mobile app for iOS or the website is accessible for users of screen readers who cannot see their phones or computers. Very discouraging and disappointing these products were not tested at all for screen reader compatibility.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback with the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties using a screen reader with Simplifi.

    It looks like you contacted our Support Team last week regarding this issue, and we went ahead and passed your feedback along to our Product Team. Though we don't have an update to provide at this time, we're hoping the Team will be able to better integrate screen readers with the Simplifi Apps for our users who need them. 🤞
