Coinbase FDP-103 No API Keys Work
Coinbase connection has been reported not working for the last 8 months, can we get an update on this issue?
Coinbase no longer offers legacy API keys and the new API keys have never been able to connect successfully on Simplifi, giving the FDP-103 error.
These account working are an important part of keeping a Simplifi subscription, has there been any escalation to get them working again?

@sami, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
The issue you described is a known issue with Coinbase. The issue is on the bank's end and is due to them removing the Legacy API Key creation option. We have already reported the issue from our end and have an Alert that can be followed for updates:
I hope this helps clarify!

Thanks Natalie, however since the Legacy API will likely not return will the new Coinbase API keys be supported by Simplifi soon?

@RJM, thanks for the inquiry!
As you can see from the thread that I merged your post with, the issue with Coinbase is still being worked on. You can follow our Community Alert for updates on this known issue, as they will be posted to the Alert when available:
The prior discussion you mentioned was closed due to 1 month of inactivity. However, you will want to follow the Alert for future updates, not a discussion.
I hope this helps!

Quicken Simplifi Team, can your paying customers please get a legitimate technical update on why you (and this is most certainly a Quicken Simplifi issue rather than Coinbase) have not enabled this functionality with their new API keys?
Users on these forums have reported issues dating back to 9 months. Amd your team continues to provide substanceless updates for a paid product.
Do not ask me to follow a Community Alert. Please answer this post as to why your company is failing to assist their paying customers.1 -
When is an updated integration with the new API keys slated on your integration team's roadmap?
Coinbase is the biggest crypto exchange next to Kraken, and this is knowingly messing up the core "unified financial portfolio" experience for a lot of customers (it's far less than ideal, and not really worth the time at all, to manually track value of something like a stock or crypto).
What can we do to get this request prioritized higher?
Regards,
Brenton

Can we please get an update from Quicken on the long broken state of Coinbase API integration?
Has this been escalated?

Hey everyone!
The FDP-103 error with Coinbase is a known issue and is due to Coinbase no longer offering Legacy API Key creation. We are already aware of and working on this issue from our end, so you will all want to follow our Alert for updates, as any future updates will be posted there:
We appreciate everyone's patience as this issue is being worked on!

Wow. [removed - accuracy/speculation] It's very simple. Coinbase has changed their API for more security and given directions on how to use it . [removed - accuracy/speculation] There is no other explanation that makes sense after this many months of not fixing the issue.

This is still not working after almost 10 months and the support the Quicken team is providing has been very disappointing.
Can we please get some real support on this issue? The moderator continues to only provide link back to the same community alert which has essentially no details / progress on this issue and no ETA.
Simplifi is a paid product, understand outages can happen, but this not being fixed for such a long length of time is really unsatisfactory to the point where I likely won't renew unless we get a legitimate update soon.

As someone who has quietly followed this issue for several months, I’m surprised at how long this patch is taking for what seems to be a relatively straightforward API update.
Unlike Sami, I’m not threatening to leave. Though, I must admit I’m disappointed. 😕
