When I try to sync my M1 account, I can't seem to see the money market account that I have there. it does show the investment account correctly though. I've tried deleting and re-adding, but still don't see an option to sync data from the money market cash account. Any ideas?

When importing transactions slashes are "escaped". So, an example is a transaction like "Fcc Msp/div" ends up as "Fcc Msp\/div". I've looked at the raw data export from the bank and I do not see the extra slash. When I try to create a rule, it pretends that the escaped slash isn't even there.
Instead of the default 30 days, in client settings you should be able to change their default billing terms to a custom amount of days.
Ideally, you could setup invoice templates for each client, and this would include the default "Message" section when sending the invoice so you can personalize it to each client.
