The account has been sort of working; balance, no transactions. Starting around a month ago I started getting; Account needs attention (Care code: FDP-103) Then… We are unable to connect to E*Trade Bank at this time. Care Code: not.found "Check your credentials". My bank merged with another and I mistakenly closed the old bank account instead of merging it with the new bank. Is there a way to reopen the old account so that I can merge them?

I think it'd be smarter to put the AI Button in the top right menu bar along with the other options so it isn't blocking anything in the bottom right corner. For instance, I can't see what this number is in the bottom right. Not ideal! haha

i have 4 accounts with altruist that i track in simplifi. one seems to be updating, the other three are showing a zero balance. the error code appears to be QCS-0500. this has been going on for about a week now.
