Starting on June 26th, I am unable to connect to my accounts again. The security verification is not working. I am not receiving a text code. I have no issues logging into Raymond James Financial's website. Advice on how to fix this issue please and thank you.

I use AI to read a PDF of a receipt I scan with OneDrive to categorize the items. Then I take the output to split the transaction and then import the receipt. Add a feature to categorize and split automatically when the receipt is imported.
The Raymond James account wants to reconnect and asks an answer to security question. But it does not ask the question. I have tried one of the three answers many times without success. But I believe RJ has changed to texting a security code. I am not able to use any of the provider methods to connect.
