I noticed today that while I added images for recurring billers on the web browser, these images are not syncing with my ipad and iphone app. In essence I would need to add all of them on each device.
There has been an ongoing issue with the connection to US Bank CTP-17803 // CTP-17684. This is restricting the ability to pull in daily account transactions that is impeding the use of the Simplifi app especially for managing the Spending Plan. There haven’t been any updates since 9/16/26.
hi! just a perhaps contrarian viewpoint. Please make it's inclusion of 'Ask AI' an optional pay-for feature - one which I think you would have zero subscribers of. I don't want a price increase to cover your inference costs because other users won't learn to use (very simple) features. Thanks!
My Investments tab summary Total gain does not equal the sum of the individual holdings’ Total gain I was asked by the "Ask AI" tool to report this to Simplifi Support. Not sure if the issue is just for me or if it affects others as well.
It seems that every time I log into Simplifi, it requires an MFA code via text. I don't remember this happening before. Even if I log off and log right back in, it still requires a code. For the past almost week, everytime I open Simplifi, I get this message about my Edward Jones account and I have to get the code, and answer questions.
