I can't make sense of why these don't add up to the total on the left for Bills. Am I not understanding something? Where did the $5949.81 come from?

Starting in May my Morgan Stanley Line of Credit shows up as an asset with a positive amount and not a liability with a negative amount. Is there a way to change the drawn amount to a liability with a negative amount?
Haven't been able to connect to my Thrift Savings Plan account for something like 9 days. Tried disconnecting and now it won't reconnect at all. Very frustrating. Need someone to address ASAP.
