Dillard's Store Card
This account was recently taken over by Citi Retail Services. It seems like their accounts are typically able to sync.
Could you please look into creating this as an option, and potentially removing the old ones?

I went ahead and moved this out of Missing Financial Institution Requests for now so we can do a little bit of troubleshooting. With that, I do see that there are some existing Dillard options presented in Quicken Simplifi (one appears to be on Intuit and the other is on Finicity) — what happens when you try these existing options?
Also, have you had your Dillard's credit card connected in Quicken Simplifi in the past, or is this your first time attempting to add it? If the former, which bank option did you have it connected to? And what specifically happened with that option? Sometimes it's more effective to escalate an existing connection issue than request a missing bank, which is why I'm asking for this information.
Last, have you tried the standard "Citi Cards" bank option to see if that works for you?
