yes this is the same behavior I’m seeing!
Re: Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance
Noting that this hasn't had an admin update since 2022 and checking in on the status here!
Re: Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance
Where's the update??? Northwestern Mutual is a huge institution. As (many) others have already stated, this used to work and now does not. It worked with Mint, and your company promoted us to move over to Quicken once Mint shut down.
Northwestern Mutual has stated they are ready to work with Quicken. What's the hold up?
Re: Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance
Note that in another discussion (mysteriously closed) that Northwestern Mutual says the ball is in Quicken Simplifi's court: https://community.simplifimoney.com/discussion/11473/northwestern-mutual-investment-services#
So the fact that "Coach Natalie" keeps saying that it might be added in the future isn't really helpful at all. This should be very simple functionality that people need, and it's pretty obvious that QUICKEN HAS IGNORED THIS REQUEST FOR OVER FIVE YEARS NOW.
This is a service we pay for. Have your IT department make a freaking phone call to NW for god's sake. I work for a bank - this isn't that hard.
Re: Update on my one remaining achievement badge
Thanks, I've been "troubleshooting" this issue mostly with @Coach Natalie since this achievement was first introduced. It's become a bit of a running "joke" and I'll post about from time to time. It appears my previous conversations have been archived or deleted. I know this "bug" has affected a few others and it's inconsistent. Don't spend any time on this - it's not at all important… but having the feature it should work for all users.

Re: Update on my one remaining achievement badge
@Coach Kristina Thanks for the reply. It doesn't bother me, but I cannot tell you exactly why I've never gotten it. I am pretty Obsessive about these things, but I do know that I test things and I play around with it a lot, especially when I am trying to help a fellow user, and I cannot help wondering if some of that confuses Simplifi.
I have never failed to pay a bill that I owed in my entire life, and I pay them on time. I have been lucky to be able to do it and frugal enough to make sure I never bit off more than I could chew.
I do a lot of one-time bills and sometimes I expect things that don't come. For example, I am expecting this month a bill from my Plumber for some work last month and I have it entered with a guesstimate for the amount. But it might not come until September and it will probably be more than I guessed! They are notoriously expensive.
