Thanks for reaching out. For the most part, this will indeed be a manual process, as searching for specific transactions you are looking for is only known to you. However, if you know the two months that there were missing linked transactions, I would personally try combing through the account registers individually for that time frame.

Gemini account not linking credit card
Hi Quicken Team - I was anxiously awaiting the functionality to link my Gemini credit card account to Simplifi so I could start tracking the balance. (This is my main credit card) - I saw that the Gemini connection is now available (June/July 2025) and just attempted to link my account.
I was able connect but Simplifi is only picking up my crypto investment account balance, I am unable to see anything related to my Gemini credit card or its balance. I was hoping someone from the Simplifi team would be able to look into this and troubleshoot.

I am attaching the sequence of operations as below:
- On the side menu go to reports→spending by month
- In the spending by month menu select any month that has investment buy/sell transactions. I went to July.
- In the list of transaction pick an investment transaction which uncategorised or for that matter pick any buy/sell transaction. I am selecting a Crowdstrike sell transaction for 467.05 on July 28th.
- In the transaction screen there is no “Type” section.
- Last photo is when I traverse to same transaction by going to Accounts→Investments→Equitable LPL and selecting the transaction. There you see the “Type” section where I can change it to a buy/sell type. I put an arrow there to help you locate.

I've done so many I lost count. They are coming in faster than I can delete them. I wonder if there's a mass prune feature here?

@samsonite I couldn't agree more. Would also like better communication from this team and some actual ETA's on fixes or current progress.
