Re: Bills and Income missing
@LVance "Does regular Quicken Classic perform any better?"
Classic is a much different product and works in a completely different way. Its ledger must add up so that your transactions probably aren't going to be changed in any way by downloading though you could get duplicates downloaded (rarely). Classic doesn't download pending transactions at all. It doesn't have a Spending Plan but traditional budgeting. Once your recurring bills are entered, they are just plain transactions and not linked in the way the Simplifi does back to a Spending Plan or Bills and Income. I've given you a simple overview here.
Moreover, Classic has been around at least 35 years, is a more mature product and has a backup and restore option that is really lacking in Simplifi, and Simplifi really needs it!
And crucially, your Simplifi file cannot be moved to Classic or your Classic file to Simplifi. You have to start anew. (You can import .csv files).
Most likely you will want to hang in there with Simplifi. It's a pain to have to fix things, but maybe it won't happen again.
We really need the ability to be able to go back a few hours or a day when we lose data like this. I think there is a feature suggestion for this. I am going to go look. Here it is, and we need more votes.

Re: Missing accounts with AIG Retirement - My Streetscape (edited)
@Coach Natalie I've DM'ed the images. With respect, while I appreciate the offer, uploading non-redacted images anywhere on the internet is fundamentally a risk, so the work is on my end to stay secure.
Re: Reviewed flag for pending transactions gets reset to not reviewed after posted
@Shree3, thanks for posting to the Community!
As you can see from the above discussion that I merged your post with, this issue has already been escalated. Please be sure to follow our Alert for updates!
Thank you for your patience as this is worked on!
Re: Bills and Income missing
Thanks for the suggestion, and that makes sense, but I'm sure I linked them to existing. I've had to reset connections before I and don't select all the accounts at this particular bank (just personal, not business) so I definitely didn't just click through.
It's disappointing, one reason I went with a cloud based service rather than traditional app was I thought I wouldn't lose things like this.
Appreciate you trying to help!
Re: New Recurring Transactions not showing up in the Spending Plan (edited)
@CarpetGuy, thanks for bringing this to our attention!
I was able to reproduce this on my end with a newly created Recurring Bill, as well as Recurring Income. I see all of my existing entries in the Spending Plan, but the new ones are definitely not showing up. It looks like this issue has already been escalated, so I've started watching the ticket and will post back here with updates.
Sadly, I don't have a workaround for you for this particular issue. But I do hope for a swift fix for everyone!

Re: Issue connecting two logins with Vanguard (edited)
OK, I've re-connected again. First of all, I had to do this on the mobile app since the website still never generates the 2FA request. Here are the steps I took:
- Re-add my account. Went smoothly.
- Cleared app data on my phone so that it would prompt for my wife's login instead of using the cached value of my login. (deleting the cache is not enough)
- Add my wife's account. Got the popup that said "All accounts are already up-to-date".
- Add my wife's account a second time. Was able to connect. Hurray, it's showing up in the list.
- But my account is now disconnected.
Re: Issue connecting two logins with Vanguard (edited)
Hi Kristina,
Thanks for the reply. No, my accounts are completely separate with different logins. When I do get to choose the accounts, only one shows up each time. In other words, I only see one account on the popup with the checkbox.
Re: Ability to sync Amazon/Major Retailer/Big Box order details [edited] (1 Merged Vote)
Having tested that app and many others upon the Mint shutdown, I can confidently say it does a large number of things well, and its interface was the best among all of the competitors I tried. That doesn't excuse that they're only available on one platform, which is ridiculous for 2024. It also doesn't change that censoring their name in this forum is very anti-consumer. I stuck with Simplifi for the price point, but there are features from two of the other big ones I would switch for if the price was right, and it's silly that we can't discuss the features that those competitors have.
