It looks like we got an Alert up for this issue a couple of days after this thread started, so this issue has been escalated from our end:
Anyone experiencing this error with Credit Union of Colorado can follow the Alert I just linked for updates. And in the meantime, you can track the account manually to keep your records up-to-date. Our support article here goes over adding manual transactions in Quicken Simplifi:

If you're less creative, like me, I like to use a 2-digit number in front of -all- account names
I have
01-Cap1 Spark
02-Chase Visa
03-Comenity MC
04-CitiVisa
etc
It sorts alphabetically, so putting the 0 in front if you have more than 10 accounts keeps it working for the larger number of accounts.
Technically, I have less than 10 right now, but i had more than 10 when I set it up.

The workaround is to rename them so that Simplifi rearranges them. I like mine arranged by balance.
So First US Checking becomes 1st Checking.
Capital One Savings becomes 360 Savings.
It helps to be creative. 😉

I usually sit down on a Sunday evening and schedule payment of bills online. I can be inconsistent as to how far out in the future I am scheduling payments. Therefore, I need a way of seeing which bills (Reminders) have already been scheduled and which might still neet my attention. I believe the use of a flag would be adequate but have observed that flags only apply to Transactions that have made it into the Register. There are currently no flags that apply to a Reminder. Please add this feature in the near future so I don't start getting late fees as well! Thank you.

if it is mobile app, you might want to try uninstalling snd reinstalling the app. It could be app data corruption. I primarily use the web app, where the other common fix is to try incognito mode which if successful means you might need to clear cache/cookies.
