Go to Settings:Accounts:AppleWallet. You hit the update icon.

Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, I do want to say that QuickBooks and Quicken are not the same company. We are separate entities.
As for your issue, I am not seeing an error code for you from our side with American Express. Are you receiving an error when trying to connect, or is the issue just that you're unable to add more than one account? Please provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing on your side, if you can, and let us know!

Hmm. The Update Icon keeps spinning on my iPhone, and it wouldn't update. So I manually updated the Apple Stuff; that worked, but my other accounts wouldn't update, so I signed out on the phone app.
I signed in again, and it updated. I can tell by my cleared transactions BUT the icon keeps spinning anyhow. But everything looks up to date.
Edit: I am on iOS 26.0.1 with App 5.14.0 (Updated 10/10/25)

Please add Open Bank. I am getting frustrated and will not renew my subscription with Quicken if I don't see effort in helping customers.😑

I added my vote. I agree that some explanation of whether this institution will be added, is being added, or for some reason cannot be added would be very helpful. As it is, every week I have to manually add all my transactions.

It's been months, any update on this? Is this in the works? Do we need more votes? A complete lack of transparency on financial institution support is not a good thing.
