Re: Credit Card Account – Replacement (edited)
I’ve had to do this once while using Simplifi. I kept using the same type of card (Visa Chase Freedom), the last four digits just changed. When this occurred, I just went into Settings > Account and disconnected the old (bad #) card. Then, I reconnected the new (good #) card to that same exact account. In the register, you’ll see transactions for the old card followed immediately by transactions from the new card.
In my case, I add the last four digits of the card number to my account name, so I also had to adjust it there.

Re: Credit Card Account – Replacement (edited)
@RobWilk, @Flopbot, Thank you both for the reponses. With the details, I thought that would be the approach. I like the idea of making the account a manual account and then make it back active when the new card number is known. Thank you both again.
Missing HealthEquity HSA investment accounts
The HealthEquity integration has not been recognizing/updating investment accounts for several months now, with no updates. This is part of an unacceptable pattern of inconsistent/failed account aggregation over the course of several months without updates from Quicken. Hopefully one of the Quicken support staff can provide an update on the status of this onging issue.
Re: Best option for connecting Fidelity CMA, Brokerage, Credit Card and HSA accounts? (edited)
So far things have been good with Fidelity Inv & Retirement. Switched everything over 2 days ago. Fingers crossed…
Re: Profit and Loss graph - why are some months negative and others positive? (edited)
I realized that I categorized one of income as expense. Thank you.

Re: Manual Account Balance doesn’t add up with transaction
@Coach Jon The balance is now correct. It's so very very weird that they have a delay like that. Putting on my architecture hat I guess having a delayed/stored compute on balance as opposed to doing real time can save resources, especially compared to the scale of users Simplifi must have. But the fact that that compute IS being done when selecting all transactions as we did seems like a waste to not utilize that to update the balance in that moment, especially since having the discrepancy cost me real time in troubleshooting it.
Regardless. I guess add this to the list of bugs and if your devs need me to do anything else to troubleshoot, please let me know.
Re: FDP-109: Macy’s Connection Not Working, Reset Not Helping
Hello @nmnmnmnmn,
If it has been over 24 hours since you reset your password, please provide the following information:
- The name of the account(s), as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
- The name of the account(s), as it appears on the bank's website.
- A screenshot of the error within Quicken Simplifi.
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that has a wide enough scope to show the full page URL. This is the landing page after signing in, and typically lists all accounts and balances. You will want to take this from a web browser and not a mobile browser, as well as redact any private info such as account numbers.
We will also need logs to be sent:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

Re: Add a debt payoff calculator/goal [edited] (4 Merged Votes)
I would add that it's more complex than that. I've been doing this for years with my mortgage payment, which has shortened the length of my loan by years.
So ideally it would also account for the interest you're paying and how much less interest you will have to pay (which is the main factor in the length of time to pay off a loan).
Re: OnePay CashRewards Card Support
Thanks, as long as this would cover the credit card as well as.
