Re: Delaware Life Connection - FDP-103 error (edited)
Thank you. I will test this when I return from Europe on July 20th. Thank you again.
Re: How do I add a Transfer Subcategory? (edited)
Thank you for your reply @Stevefxp,
If you do not want to maintain a manual version of the account you're transferring to, another option is to use the Transfer category without selecting an account.
See the "other transfers" section of this article for more information on how using the Transfer category without selecting an account works:
I hope this helps!
Re: Persistent 324 error with Fidelity (edited)
Natalie, when you say the issue's been escalated, what does that mean? Where, and with whom? And when can we expect to see a solution? This thread ought to be evidence enough that this is a problem for a number of users. Thanks.
Link Manual Account to a Bank
I started with Simplifi before my bank offered a connection to Simplifi, so I created manual accounts. Now my bank can link directly to Simplifi.
How to I link my existing Simplifi manual account to my bank? I don't want to lose the history by having two accounts in Simplifi (manual and linked) for the same bank account.
Re: Security Federal Savings Bank - IN - FDP-390 (edited)
Hello,
I called the bank today after having another connection issue. The bank told me they are aware of the connection problem due to their conversion process and it should be resolved soon.
Thank you all for listening, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Re: Independence Day Trivia!
@Flopbot I survived the bombs bursting in air last night, but one more night to go. I hate to sound like my grandmother. But isn't fireworks the same as burning money in the front yard?
Update: There was some mischief with fireworks in my neighborhood Friday night (I was spared), but Police got called. And so last night was blissful silence.

Persistent 324 error with Fidelity (edited)
Three out of my five Fidelity accounts are not connecting with error code "Care: 324". Reconnecting doesn't work. This has been a problem for several days.
Re: Persistent 324 error with Fidelity (edited)
Thanks for letting me know. Curiouser and curiouser. Why does connection work for some and not others. I assume you have checked you can sign into Fidelity. Back in the Days of Quicken Classic, they would suggest changing your password at the Fidelity site. Probably won't work but maybe worth a try.
Are you using web app or phone app. Again shouldn't make a difference.

Re: Persistent 324 error with Fidelity (edited)
Well, if it's any consolation (and it's not), several users have reported this problem. If you've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts, I would suggest reporting this to Fidelity and to Simplifi Support. I am pretty sure that Fidelity will not be of much help.
I would be interested in knowing the connection you use (I use Fidelity INV & Retirement), but there is another one called Fidelity Investments, which is a Finicity connection. Have you tried both? I've never used the latter.
Good luck getting this fixed. I know it's a frustration.

Re: Persistent 324 error with Fidelity (edited)
I'm having the same problem. Tried reconnecting multiple times, some accounts still show connection errors, some now show $0 balances, two accounts showing as duplicates in Simplifi, sigh. Was working fine for many months beforehand.
