Is there a possibly for every six months or a year for a list to be provided as to what is slated (targeted) for the intergration to Simplifi and what is being considered? This would strengthen the user community, let the user community know what is to be integrated or considred and avoid this "great darkness" that seems to exist.

Thanks… I've seen that article. I was just concerned because the cloud icon is always present on my Costco Citi credit card account when I open Simplifi. It sometimes goes away after a while, but sometimes it doesn't — even though the account updates normally.

I guess that's normal… enough.

It looks like the issue mentioned in your comment (and in my earlier post which was closed some time ago) — namely that the data panel in certain reports is too tall to fit on the screen — has been fixed as of web release 4.76.0. You can now see the headers and the horizontal scroll bar at the same time.

Re: Apple wallet not syncing

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about the recent trouble with Apple Wallet. Please give the following steps a try:

Make all of your Apple Wallet accounts manual:

  1. Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
  2. Select Settings and then Accounts.
  3. Locate the Account you'd like to make 'manual' and click the three dots at the end of it.
  4. Select Make manual.
  5. Click Confirm.

Check third-party access to your Apple Wallet information:

  1. Go to Settings in your Apple Account.
  2. Tap on Privacy & Security.
  3. Select Wallet.
  4. Choose Quicken Simplifi (or any other relevant third-party app).
  5. Make sure to select Allow All Activity.
  6. Re-add your Apple Wallet accounts.

To link the account(s) found to your existing account(s), follow these steps:

  1. Click the Link to dropdown menu.
  2. Select the existing account from the list.
  3. Click Update, and then click Confirm once each account selection is completed.

I just figured out the problem. Some context, there are two ML entities, one for Benefits (Corp 401k accounts) and Normal Investment accounts. For years, I connected with two separate login IDs and passwords. And every so often, the connection would break, and I'd have to reset it. A few months ago we received a communication regarding changes to the way ML was connecting to Quicken. After the change was made, I managed to link all of my Investment and benefit accounts using one of the ML credentials. It worked fine for months and I thought all this access mess was behind me until a month ago.

On a whim today, I logged in with the two ML credentials and was able to add the accounts for each of the credentials. So instead of having all the accounts listed under ML. They are now broken up into ML Benefits and ML Investments as they were before the big change.

Now I know how to troubleshoot this if it breaks again.

Hope this can help other ML users.

Tag list out of order on Web App

When choosing a tag from the web app drop down they are listed in a random order. At first I thought maybe they were recently used, but that isn't the case. The phone app on android lists them alphabetically. Here is a screenshot from my web app

Ideally there would be a small section at the top that was recently used (Christmas 2024 for example) and then the full list alphabetically, but if that isn't possible then they should be in alphabetical order just like on the phone app.

If you have followed the troubleshooting above and the issue persists, then please provide the following information so that we can further investigate the problem:

  • The name of the account(s), as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
  • The name of the account(s), as it appears on the bank's website.
  • Has there been any recent changes made to the bank's website or its sign-in process?
  • What is the exact URL you use to log in to your account on the bank's website?
  • What type of account(s) are you attempting to connect in Quicken Simplifi?
  • A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that lists all accounts and balances (feel free to redact any personal info) and has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser).
  • The format of your password (DO NOT provide your actual password!). For example, "Quicken123$" would be coded as "Xxxxxxx###$", where a capital "X" indicates a capital letter, a lowercase "x" indicates a lowercase letter, and a "#" indicates numbers; the actual special characters used will need to be provided.

Additionally, please send logs. To do that, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
  2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
  3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback
  4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
