This is extremely helpful, thank you! I did not realize that “non-recurring income” included all net positive transactions, including those categorized outside of Personal Income and its subcategories.

I understand your situation now, thank you. With the new Spending Plan redesign comes a change in how Income works in the Spending Plan. The Income section shows the total income you expect to have for the month. This is calculated with your recurring income transaction series. Non-recurring income will be excluded from the Spending Plan by default. If you want to include non-recurring income in your Spending Plan, you can follow the instructions in our support article here:

The other option is to track utilities using Recurring Bills (and one-time bills if necessary) and remove that category from the Spending Plan

Looking for an update as well! Anything longer than a week to fix a known issue on a paid product is becoming excessive.

Thanks. I’ve had Simplifi for a year and a half and it’s strange this bank was suddenly removed.
FDP-106 when connecting with Venmo
was working just fine until 3 days ago. I tried reconnecting a couple times and also deleted the account, but now I cannot add it back.

This morning in the Chrome web app the Date column was missing from all transaction registers.
I picked an account register, clicked the gear icon on the register, clicked "Reset to defaults," and the Date column came back.
When I looked at the other account registers, they were also restored.
Weird…

That is certainly strange! I would see if signing out and back in fixes this issue. Be sure to verify if you see the same issue in different web browsers as well. I cannot see this issue from my side.
