Unable to Import Mint Transactions

I've been trying to upload my Mint transactions for the past couple weeks. Every time I attempt to upload a CSV file in the suggested format, I immediately get an error that reads "An error occurred. Please try again" followed by a never ending spinning wheel.

I'd really like to extend my current 3 month trial to the 12 month trial as advertised to Mint users. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you get your files to upload?

I'd suggest taking a look over the steps here to make sure you're following the process to import transactions from Mint correctly: https://help.simplifimoney.com/en/articles/8545901-how-to-import-transactions-from-mint

Since you're receiving an error, I'd also suggest importing smaller batches, maybe try one month at a time. You can also create a new test dummy account to see if the import works there. I successfully imported from Mint even though the system showed me an error box. I refreshed the page and all transactions were displayed.
