Thank you for sharing! I know it's not unattainable, because I managed to get it in Dec 2024.
The bills/subscriptions I track are mostly monthly, although there is one annual. Since the vast majority of my bills are autopay, the only real variation on the paid date that downloads into Quicken Simplifi is if the due date happened to fall on a weekend.
I don't think that deleting or editing reminders would cause it because I do plenty of that when trying to replicate issues people report.
You did mention work delays and incorrect guesses. Is it possible that it's seeing one-time reminders or reminders for things that come at irregular intervals as "missed" if the bill doesn't happen or happens at a different date than expected?

Here are my responses:
- How long have you been experiencing this error? Several weeks
- What type of accounts are you trying to add?
- E.g. checking account, savings account, investment accounts, etc. 529 plan
- What is the account nickname as it appears on the financial institution's website? The names shown are those of my children who are the beneficiaries. I do not want to post them here.
- Have there been any changes to the financial institution’s website? The navigation does look different
- Has there been activity on the account within the last 90 days? Yes
- What is the
exact web URLyou see once you're signed in on the financial institution's website? https://maryland529.com/mddtpl/al/list.cs - A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the financial institution's website that lists all accounts and balances (feel free to redact any personal info) and has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser). Below. Note there are two accounts associated with this login.
- A screenshot of the FDP-106 error message you are seeing in Quicken Simplifi.
I also have sent in a report — reference ID 498073678731826944. I am willing to talk. I do not know how to enter my phone number on this site but my email is correct. I can be generally available after 6 pm eastern time but can be available before if need be. The key point is that I need to know when you want to talk a few days in advance.
In addition, Maryland 529 suggests using a special aggregator user ID and password but then the login has to go to See pp 2-3 of the attached document.
Re: Recent 12 Months - Make this a full 365 days (edited)
There is a discussion of this same problem in another thread.
For me, it would be better if Recent 12 months would show the last 12 completed months (like August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025), making a 12 column report. But some others agree with you (August 6 2024 to August 5 2025) and I guess are ok with the report showing 13 columns.

Never mind. I just deleted the account and readded it and the One-time passcode request showed up. Added it and it is now updated.
BTW: While checking around I also found that my HSA account had not been updated since Feb also. It also used a One-time passcode. I deleted it, readded it and it started working as well.

Per our support article, "as long as the transaction with the attached receipt remains in your Quicken Simplifi account, Quicken Simplifi will keep the attachment indefinitely." So no need to worry about losing your attachments over time!

You could enter it as a Keogh (old-school self-employed pension). That way it categorizes as a retirement account and you can manually enter the value once a year when the company updates the valuation.
