it took me six tries to get it to actually connect even though it went through the whole process of reconnecting. Finally got it though thank you
NEW 5/7/26: E*TRADE returning FDP-102 error
We are currently seeing an issue with E*TRADE returning an FDP-102 error in Quicken Simplifi. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but we will post updates as soon as we do.

I have the same issue. I did talk with Support and had a case made but I may need to reach out again as I have not heard back. However, I am having the issue with the PayPal Mastercard account. I wouldn't be shocked if it's the same back-end connection.
One day, Simplifi said I needed to re-enter my credentials. Nothing uncommon as my account has 2FA enabled and that's required every time a sync happens. Though this time, it wasn't just asking for my 2FA code. It wanted my email and password again. Upon entering everything, it would give me an error message about something API related.
Upon talking with support, I was given steps to convert my PayPal account to a manual account and to delete the PayPal account from Simplifi. The goal was to re-add the account and merge the manual account with it. What ended up happening was me trying to re-add the account, only for it to say, you have already added all your accounts. Clearly not since I just deleted it… I'll try once a week or so to re-add it with no luck and check the community to see if there are any new updates, as there are other reported PayPal issues.
From my history, this started around mid-May and I've been manually trying to upkeep the accounts. Maybe this is a sign that I need to reach out again since no fix seems to be in the works.
Unable to add PayPal Savings (edited)
I am unable to add PayPal Savings. I have added my PayPal account, for which I have 2 accounts with a balance: my PayPal "Balance" account and my PayPal "Savings" account. Simplifi has been able to add my PayPal Balance as a PayPal "Digital Cash" account, but the add account function doesn't "see" the PayPal Savings to enable adding it, and when I try to go back and add it again, I get the message "you have already added all your accounts". So I am currently managing the PayPal Savings as a manual account. Anyone else having this issue or find a workaround? Thanks.

Savings Goal contributions and withdrawals have started showing up in Spending report as Transfers.
They are excluded from the totals, but they still show up in the transaction list. I was able to see the amounts and dates of my contributions and withdrawals going back months.
This shows that Simplifi already keeps a record of our Savings Goal "transactions." All that is needed now is for them to provide a report that is intended to display them.
Unfortunately, our current ability to see them in Spending reports is regarded as a bug and will probably be going away soon.

Thrift Savings Plan FDP-102 error (edited)
Haven't been able to connect to my Thrift Savings Plan account for something like 9 days. Tried disconnecting and now it won't reconnect at all. Very frustrating. Need someone to address ASAP.
Additionally, the AI assistant is not helpful. Just say you can't speak to anyone after 5pm PST and be done with it.
