Unable to add PayPal Savings (edited)

I am unable to add PayPal Savings. I have added my PayPal account, for which I have 2 accounts with a balance: my PayPal "Balance" account and my PayPal "Savings" account. Simplifi has been able to add my PayPal Balance as a PayPal "Digital Cash" account, but the add account function doesn't "see" the PayPal Savings to enable adding it, and when I try to go back and add it again, I get the message "you have already added all your accounts". So I am currently managing the PayPal Savings as a manual account. Anyone else having this issue or find a workaround? Thanks.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, was the account previously connected in your Quicken Simplifi and working?
To start troubleshooting this issue, please answer these questions:
- Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
- Is the account considered an external account (i.e. are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the bank's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to?
- Is the account a subtype of a different account?
- Has the bank made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process?
- Are you the owner of the account?

I have the same issue. I did talk with Support and had a case made but I may need to reach out again as I have not heard back. However, I am having the issue with the PayPal Mastercard account. I wouldn't be shocked if it's the same back-end connection.
One day, Simplifi said I needed to re-enter my credentials. Nothing uncommon as my account has 2FA enabled and that's required every time a sync happens. Though this time, it wasn't just asking for my 2FA code. It wanted my email and password again. Upon entering everything, it would give me an error message about something API related.Upon talking with support, I was given steps to convert my PayPal account to a manual account and to delete the PayPal account from Simplifi. The goal was to re-add the account and merge the manual account with it. What ended up happening was me trying to re-add the account, only for it to say, you have already added all your accounts. Clearly not since I just deleted it… I'll try once a week or so to re-add it with no luck and check the community to see if there are any new updates, as there are other reported PayPal issues.
From my history, this started around mid-May and I've been manually trying to upkeep the accounts. Maybe this is a sign that I need to reach out again since no fix seems to be in the works.0 -

Thanks for reaching out as well! I can see the escalated ticket you created with our support team that you mentioned previously. It looks like it came back as resolved, so if the issue is still occurring, you may want to reach back out and clarify that the issue is still ongoing so that they can continue troubleshooting.

Apologies for the late reply. Thank you for the update. I will reach back out and try to get this handled for myself and others. The last email chain I have is them asking for more files/info, then silence. By no means should it have been closed.
