@Me123456, ahh, I see the issue now, and was able to reproduce it. I have passed this along to our product team!
Re: Ability to Rearrange or Sort Savings Goals (edited)
Currently, Savings Goals do not allow for sorting by goal date. To better track goals it would be helpful to be able to see them by the date I expect them to be due. I would also like to be able to save my sort settings. Currently, when I choose a sort method the application does not retain the settings, they are at the default of Date Created whenever I open them.

"Always sort goals based a single user input field such as goal name."
Excellent suggestion! This would solve pretty much all my problems with Savings Goal order.

The random/unstable ordering of goals is a huge hinderance on usability when you have a non-trivial number of goals. It's understandable that the team likely has a lot of enhancement requests to balance and since this has not been addressed over a few years I'd strongly suggest considering a quick small improvement in the interim (mentioned by @RobWilk previously):
Always sort goals based a single user input field such as goal name.
This would enable all of us to work around this need by changing the goal name to affect ordering. This would also stop goals from randomly changing order when changes happen. No user interface additions would be needed for this since it wouldn't be user chosen and it wouldn't negatively impact existing functionality since the current ordering is random and inconsistent.
I love the goal functionality and this hopefully small improvement would enable workarounds that would be a massive gain in usability.
Re: Ability to Rearrange or Sort Savings Goals (edited)
It would be very helpful to be able to sort savings goals by their name (I've added 1,2,3, etc. in my name to differentiate my priorities) or add a configuration to set the priority for goals so they appear in that order when listed.
Re: Ability to Rearrange or Sort Savings Goals (edited)
I support allowing organization/prioritizing of savings goals! Let's get this change made!
Re: Ability to Rearrange or Sort Savings Goals (edited)
I can't believe that people have been asking for this incredibly basic feature for THREE YEARS! I just started using Savings Goals, but I hate how they're (not) organized or organizable.
Please - make the goals collapsable into a list for easy scrolling, and make them filterable or sortable, at least by date or name (alphabetically).
Re: Report export no longer showing parent category for subcategories (edited)
@mlhaynes02, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
I have merged your post here with the ongoing discussion for this issue. The issue has been escalated, so you can follow along here for updates moving forward.
I hope this helps!
Re: Subcategories are Grayed out When Parent Category is Checked in Reports (edited)
@buttersh, thanks for posting to the Community!
When filtering reports or transactions, I see the same behavior on both the Web and Mobile Apps; it is just presented differently. It appears that Quicken Simplifi does not allow the Parent Category to be selected when only some of the Subcategories are selected. We have an Idea post that covers this topic here:

If I have rollover enabled and I spend $1500 on a planned spend of $1000, Spending Plan treats it as if I'm still on target and the totals reflect my plan not my actuals (2nd picture). Basically planned spending with rollover enabled ignores that I'm over budget and doesn't update my money left over.
If I disable rollover, then the totals are accurate (3rd Picture). Does that help?
Happened with Rollover coming in from the previous month but also when I redid my plan and specified $0 as my starting rollover balance. Yes I've removed and re-added the categories to my spending plan.
If you mean actual transactions, yes, I added and removed grocery transactions affecting my overspend and with rollover enabled they don't impact my target and money left
