I agree with the reply above. Importing transactions works best when you set up the tags or categories you want to track for tax purposes prior to importing. That makes it easier to assign to the imported transactions and the import file allows you to assign tags in it.

Simplifi excludes transfers between accounts and balance adjustments from the spending plan by default. Also, can you share some screenshots for us to understand your question better and help you?

@JCBFranklin If you just opened the account today, it may take until tomorrow to connect it. I opened my Fidelity CM a month or so ago, and I believe I had the same issue. It would show up so I could enable it on Fidelity's end, but it wasn't quite ready to be connected to Simplifi. I connected it with no problem either that night or the next day. I don't remember which.
I would say try again tonight or in the morning.

I agree with your idea @ScottSimplifi - the income over time stacked bar chart should behave the same as the spending over time stacked chart with the sub categories shown.

Thanks for reaching out! Are you receiving a specific error when trying to add these accounts, or do they just not appear in the list of accounts available to add within the account discovery window in Quicken Simplifi? How long ago were these accounts opened? I have seen in the past that it can take some time if the accounts have just been opened. Let us know!

Perhaps this is one of those "a picture is worth a thousand words" moments. Being able to select and have QS remember my selection would allow me to open QS…

I also thought Clippy was kind of cute. I also disabled achievement notifications and put the widget at the bottom of my screen.
